Her, the new film by Spike Jonze (responsible for the script and direction) leads near future even though it's indeterminate, to introduce you to Theodore (Joaquin Phoenix), a lonely and quite asocial reclusive writer who, despite being quite wary of technical advances and new technology, has just purchased a next generation operating system that will take care of all your needs.

And in reality "Her", the operating system installed in his home, with the voice of Scarlett Johansson, is a very capable. Theodore soon feels he doesn't need anything else in his life apart from her company, ending up falling in love with that voice that accompanies him all day, watching him and worrying about him.

But even if he wants it, Theodore lives in a social world, and his decision will be talked about a lot in his social environment, making Her into a story that explores the nature of love and the ways in which technology can both isolate and connect us all.
